Digital Transformation is about business, not (only) technology.

Far from being about to digitize legacy processes, it is about reinventing the way an organization works and delivers value to its customers, supported by the adequate technologies. We take a "no-BS" approach by going beyond buzzwords and trendy topics that come and go with the time. Technology should ultimately support the rewiring of the business processes and enhance their value creation. We focus on what is most important: transforming to unlock value.

DX is about preparing organizations to stay relevant, survive and grow in the digital economy era. And we can help you to achieve that.

Benefit from our strong experience and proprietary solutions such as the DX Roadmap, DX Hub and DX Booster to build a solid Digital Transformation strategy and to increase its pace.

Example Success Cases

Case 1 - Digital Transformation Strategy for a Global Humanitarian Agency

Context: A global humanitarian agency focused on humanitarian and development aid sought to accelerate its Digital Transformation as it was lagging behind other similar organizations in leveraging digital technologies to enhance its operations and impact.

Approach: After an initial assessment of the situation, a highly effective Digital Transformation strategy was developed with the executive management, recurring to our innovative approach for strategy development. The DX Roadmap platform was then used to provide implementation support, tracking progress, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and implementing the required internal capabilities. In paralell, a strategy to leverage economies of scale was put in place with a joint governance. An AI Strategy was also developed as part of the Digital Transformation effort to stimulate its uptake in its daily operations.

Value: Return on Investment: 500% at the end of year 0. Increase in Digital Transformation speed. Increased ability to interact with donors and supporters.

Case 2 - Digital Transformation Strategy of a Textile Manufacturing Company

Context: A textile manufacturing company aimed to transform its shopfloor operations to become more efficient.

Approach: A complete digital transformation strategy of the shopfloor was co-designed with the company's executive board, with inputs from all stakeholders. The processes were evaluated and redesigned to become more efficient and a set of enabling technologies were implemented to address efficiency bottlenecks. AGVs were deployed and integrated its ERP production system to deliver raw materials and semifinished products just-in-time, digital traceability was implemented, an AI-driven predictive maintenance approach was implemented to reduce downtime and reduce product defects, a complete data lake and advanced analytics were implemented to provide real-time complete visibility of the shopfloor operations.

Energy management systems were also implemented to reduce energy consumption and waste through advanced optimization and improved production scheduling including the energy consumption factor.

Value: Shopfloor operations sped up by 30%, waste reduced by 20%, energy consumption cut by 10%, and overall equipment effectiveness increased by 15%. Higher staff satisfaction and reduction of shopfloor hazards.

These were just a a couple of examples
